Brad has been admitted to practice law in Nevada since 1992 and has spent his entire career with the firm. He is also admitted to practice law in the state of Texas. He has focused his practice on the representation of clients seeking trial counsel in civil litigation cases with an emphasis on civil liability defense, bad faith insurance defense and special personal injury claims. Recent Accomplishments

Brad recently obtained a dismissal of a significant personal injury lawsuit after uncovering and exposing fraud associated with the claim. He defended a catastrophic injury claim with excess damage exposure to his client resulting in a monetary judgment in his client’s favor. He also prosecuted an insurance bad faith case which resulted in a significant recovery for his clients of extra-contractual damages. He has consistently obtained favorable results for his clients for decades in matters that are complicated and involved significant financial repercussions.

Just a few of Brad’s accomplishments are noted below:

  • Completely exonerated a client accused of causing a catastrophic brain injury resulting from a motorcycle accident
  • Shielded a hotel casino client from all liability for alleged negligence related to a shooting on its premises
  • Successfully defended a wrongful death lawsuit against a night club client related to wrongful acts of its security employees
  • Completely defended with no recovery a bar client from lawsuit related to a shooting incident
  • Successfully defended client from wrongful death lawsuit related to alleged defective road design
  • Effectively advocated against a lawsuit against a Fortune 300 client related to product defect claims
  • Successfully defended an excess coverage claim for a Fortune 300 company related to an intoxicated employee who negligently cause an accident resulting in multiple amputations
  • Completely defended a wrongful death lawsuit against a family related to the motor vehicle incident resulting in the death of a minor
  • Successfully defended a catastrophic injury (loss of sight) lawsuit against the client following motor vehicle/livestock accident in rural Nevada
  • Completely defended without a recovery lawsuit related to catastrophic injury (paralysis) as a result of a traffic accident
  • Successfully prosecuted through trial a medical malpractice claim causing partial vision loss
